Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped same day when orders are placed before 2PM!
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For preorder items, we will fulfill and ship your order to you within 24 hours of us receiving the inventory! We want them as much as you do!
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:

Free Shipping
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Revive Outdoors is not responsible for:

Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Delays caused by shipping carriers
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. We use the carrier’s shipping insurance for your orders and can help provide information for your claims if anything is lost or stolen.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered:
