CUSTOMER NOTICE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The products, equipment, gear, tools, firearms accessories, hunting equipment, camping equipment, outdoor products, and other merchandise sold by Revive Outdoors Store LLC are manufactured by third-party companies. Revive Outdoors Store LLC does not manufacture, design, test, certify, or warrant the products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are solely responsible for reading, understanding, and following all manufacturer instructions, warnings, specifications, safety recommendations, maintenance requirements, and intended-use guidelines provided with any product purchased.

Outdoor recreation, hunting, shooting sports, camping, hiking, land management, and related activities involve inherent risks that may result in property damage, personal injury, serious bodily injury, disability, or death. • Improper installation, assembly, storage, transportation, or maintenance

• Use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose

• Acts or omissions of manufacturers, distributors, or third parties

• Accidents occurring during hunting, shooting, camping, hiking, climbing, tree stand use, saddle hunting, boating, off-road travel, or any other outdoor activity

• Equipment failure, user error, environmental conditions, weather, wildlife encounters, or terrain hazards

All products are sold “AS IS” to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for any manufacturer warranties that may apply. Revive Outdoors Store LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, performance, or suitability beyond those provided by the original manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their intended use and for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.

Any information provided in-store, online, through social media, videos, classes, events, demonstrations, or communications is for informational purposes only and should not replace manufacturer instructions or professional guidance.

By purchasing, possessing, using, or permitting others to use any product obtained from Revive Outdoors Store LLC, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and assumes all associated risks.
